The Maldives Polytechnic Graduation Ceremony 2026 was held at the Shaheed Ali School Auditorium.

The ceremony was graced by Minister of Arts, Culture and Heritage, Heena Waleed, who attended as the Chief Guest and presented certificates to the graduating students.

A total of 690 students graduated from various programmes offered by Maldives Polytechnic this year, comprising 401 male and 289 female graduates.

In addition to graduates of the regular academic programmes, 42 individuals received certificates across nine fields under the National Trade Testing and Certification Scheme. Furthermore, 39 outstanding students from 17 programmes spanning 12 fields were recognised with the prestigious Excellence Award in recognition of their exceptional academic achievements.

The ceremony was attended by senior officials from the Ministry and Maldives Polytechnic, faculty members, students, and the proud parents and families of the graduates, marking a significant milestone in their academic and professional journeys.
