32 leading teachers from schools across the Maldives have taken part in the International Knowledge Exchange Programme on Digital Leadership at the Institute Aminuddin Baki (IAB), Malaysia, from 9 to 14 February 2026.
The programme is part of the ongoing Leading Teachers Workshop Series and focuses on enhancing digital leadership, supervision practices, and AI competencies among Maldivian educators.
The leading teachers gain insights into innovative educational strategies and explore the application of AI in school leadership and teaching.
The five-day programme includes lectures, interactive sessions, school-based assessments, and sharing of digital initiatives between Malaysia and Maldives. It also provides opportunities for networking, reflection, and learning from international best practices in education.
